Soroptimist Raleigh gathered together on Saturday December 4 for our annual Holiday Brunch and to collect gifts for our Christmas Angels program. It was a cheerful occasion to get together (safely) after so many virtual events!
This year, as we did in 2020, we were happy to fulfill the wishlists of the families of four women who are prior recipients of our Soroptimist Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women. These women have overcome tremendous challenges and our award has helped them accomplish their educational goals as they pursue their dream of a better life for their family. Over $2300 in gifts were collected, fulfilling the wish lists of these families.
